Leica ScanStation (P30)
The Leica ScanStation P30 is a high-quality Laser Scanner able to scan with a rate of 1 million points per second at ranges of up to 270 m. This tool has a field-of-view of 360° and a single measurement has an accuracy of 1.2 mm per 10 ppm. It is also very versatile and it can be used in adverse climate conditions.
The P30 can be used as a scanner, for example to produce Digital Elevation Models in coastal environments, like in our case for beach dunes and coastal cliffs, but it can also be used to produce high-resolution photos.
